Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipments are typically sent via USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us directly if you prefer another method and we will try our best to accommodate you if possible.


* Overnight delivery can be arranged upon request and is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.


* Delivery delays outside our control can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

True California ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.



Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

True California is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.), if applicable.



True California is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


However, we do appreciate your business and want you to enjoy our delicious California superfoods. Please notify us immediately if you receive products damaged due to shipping. We promise to review your case and we’re committed to providing you with the best experience possible.


At this time, True California does not ship outside the U.S.


Customer satisfaction is one of our pillars. If you are not happy with your product due to reasonable issues such as freshness or damaged products not due to shipping, we will try our best to make things right. Please do not hesitate to email us directly at or message us through our contact form. 

Please note that our policy expires after 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label for you to send the product and a proof of purchase back to our quality assurance team.
